The seasons sure are changing
The weather here in Colorado is becoming colder. The trees and leaves are changing. We are definately in fall. It's neat the things that change with the seasons. One of those changes are what we eat. In fall and winter here in my house we eat a lot of soups and sandwiches, so tonight I am making a big pot of hearty chicken noodle soup. I'm making it with lots of organic veggies and whole wheat noodles.

I always think it's so beautiful when the leaves start to change in the fall. I also love how they green up again in the spring!
