Date Night Update
Hubby and I have a standing date EVERY Sunday and it is going GREAT!!! It's so nice to get to enjoy one another's company without our kids interrupting. Everyday after our dates until our next date hubby sends me love texts all day. I love it! To get such wonderful little love notes that way. It seems like he's seeing me in a different light and can't get enough. It's absolutely wonderful! I'd really suggest that if you're married and don't have a weekly date night then do it. You won't regret it. You don't have to have much money or even any money at all. Take the kids to grandma and prepare a meal at home for you and your beloved. I can't wait to share with you all as we work through the book, Married and How to Stay That Way.

ReplyDeleteI love date night - or date "mornings" which we tend to do most often. We have teenagers and they love to sleep in Saturday morning so hubby & I get up, go out for breakfast and then spend the morning together, sometimes we go for a walk, or yard saleing or sometimes we just sit and talk. By the time we get home the kids are up and we have lunch together. I love Saturday mornings :) ~Alana~
ReplyDeleteOOH! We should try Saturday mornings. We both love yard saleing. Thanks Alana!
ReplyDeleteYes it's about time. Rico and I have been having date night every Friday since we got married.
